Tracking and Workload

Proposal Tracking and Workload Reports are available from the Pre-Award Specialist Dashboard. Report permissions can be updated by the Purdue ERA Team.

From the Dashboard, select the Workload Reports tab.

Reports that the user has access to are shown.  Select the name of the report to view.

All Specialist in Process

Report of all proposals in a Draft, Department Review, Specialist Review or Pending Submission to Sponsor state.  The results can be filtered by the options in the drop-down menu. 

My Proposals

Report of all proposals in a Draft, Department Review, Specialist Review or Pending Submission to Sponsor state for each Specialist.  The results can be filtered with the options in the drop down. 

Past Due Proposals – Action Required

Report of all proposals in a Draft, Department Review, Specialist Review, or Pending Submission to Sponsor state with an Application Submission Deadline <= today.  The results can be filtered with the options in the drop down. 

All Funding Proposals with a Submission Deadline <= the last day of the month should be finalized and in Pending Sponsor Review state prior to month end.  Each Specialist should review this report and take action to complete their assigned Funding Proposals.

Proposals to be Assigned

Report of all proposals with an Unassigned Specialist.  The results can be filtered with the options in the drop down.

This report will assist with Proposal Assignment activities.  The report will be reviewed daily to ensure that all Funding Proposals are assigned to a Pre-Award Specialist.

Proposal Assignment will be coordinated by the assigned Senior Manager on the PWL campus.  A combination of PERA Dashboard reports, PERA Custom Reports and Cognos reporting can be used. 

Tracking Team Workload

The PERA Custom Reports will include Team Reports to monitor workload for the teams Pre-Award Specialists.  These reports will be found under Grants>Reports>Custom Reports.

Team Reports

Each team in Pre-Award at PWL and each Regional campus will have a report of all proposals in a Draft, Department Review, Specialist Review or Pending Submission to Sponsor state for all members of the defined team.  The results can be filtered with the options in the drop down.
